vegetarian reflection

Yesterday noon, I tried not to eat any meat but also vegetable and fruits. I ordered three kinds of vegetable and the salesman smiled: no meat? On a diet, right? Unluckily, before class was over in the afternoon did I feel thorough hungry.
Through this experience, my reflection dates back to the primitive times. At that age, people didn’t have as much knowledge as nowadays. They ate plants leaves and fruits for food. Dependent on vitamins and fibers simply, original people live peacefully and harmoniously.
On the contrary, large quantities of illnesses appear in modern times, which really trouble the citizens a lot. People are not aware of the significance of a healthy body. Some hard-working officers even spoiled their own lives only in exchange for money. What is worse is that the luxuriant life even causes the high rate of suicide and divorce. The fast-pace rhythm also stress a strong pressure to the youth. That is why more and more adolescents are addicted to drugs or internet.
Day by day, we get lost in the pursuit of wealth. Ignoring the true value of happiness, we don’t know what we truly want from inside the heart. Every day, please squeeze an hour to reflect, or to regret. Life will be simple and sustainable if we learn to be grateful for what we have and cherish the precious moments in memory.

  1. Thanks for the sharing, Yummy! Very interesting reflection, and who would think it was sparked off by food, or more precisely, a vegetarian meal.

looking forward to reading more of your posts.
