Friendship

The day before yesterday was the Valentine’s Day. In China, just lovers celebrate it. But in Singapore, it is common to celebrate it with our friends. It is for the friendship.
I have been in Singapore for almost two months and I have many friends now. It is very lucky to make friends with all of them. Now we are far from home and we cannot always rely on our parents. And the friends take the place of our parents for the time being in some aspects. For example, on Chinese New Year’s Eve, we could not go back home. We celebrated it with our friends, which really gave us warm and comfort. So friendship is very important.
In my opinion, we cannot live without any friends. Friends can give us their hands when we have trouble; they can give us warm when we feel lonely; they play games with us happily when we are free. Moreover, they can support us a lot and give us comfort. When we face some problems, we can turn to our friends. And I could not imagine my life without any friends, which must be very vapid. They are part of my life.
I think of these because of the Valentine’s Day. Friendship is so precious that no money can buy. To sum up, friendship is one of the most important parts of our lives. So do not break up friendship easily. Let’s smile to our friends and give them warm from now on.
